As the vice president of global e-commerce and digital marketing for Domino’s, Christopher Thomas-Moore has responsibility for all digital-driven acquisition and retention programs within the organization. In addition, he leads the organization’s global e-commerce and m-commerce experience strategies. Since his start with Domino’s in 2018, Mr. Thomas-Moore has been part of a number of cutting-edge technology advancements and campaigns. One of those being the newly launched “Points for Pies” program. The program provides loyalty points to users who scan any pizza using a machine learning-based AI technology embedded in the Domino’s app. Prior to Domino’s, Christopher spent seven years at Extended Stay America as the vice president of e-commerce and digital marketing. While there, he led the expansion of the organization’s digital ecosystem and marketing strategies, yielding a threefold increase in digital revenues during his tenure. Mr. Thomas-Moore’s start in the space began at Pace Communications, a leading custom publishing and digital agency. While there, Christopher led the development of white-labeled brand identities, e-commerce sites, digital marketing efforts and product lines for various clients, including Condé Nast, eHarmony, XO Corporation and the ASPCA.
