J.J. Thompson is the founder and CEO of Rook Security, an IT security firm providing security strategy, crisis management, and next generation security operations services. Prior to Rook, Mr. Thompson served Global 100 accounts through strategic incident and crisis response while at Ernst & Young. He is a certified information systems security professional and currently serves as the president of ISC2 Indianapolis. He also serves on the board of Indiana Intern.net for the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and was a 2015 finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Ohio Valley Awards. Mr. Thompson has a B.B.A. in MIS from the University of Iowa — Henry B. Tippie College of Business.
