Mercedes Kelley Tunstall is a partner at Loeb & Loeb LLP, where she regularly counsels clients regarding federal banking regulators and defends clients against enforcement actions taken by those regulators, particularly the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). Ms. Tunstall also works with companies in a wide variety of industries on advertising law, privacy, and cybersecurity issues, and represents clients in Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and National Advertising Division defense.
Previously, Ms. Tunstall served as an FTC lawyer and bank in-house counsel. She received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and her B.M. from DePauw University.
