She joined Revlon from content-led digital agency MXM, an Accenture Interactive company, where she served as Chief Digital Officer and SVP/General Manager of its Los Angeles office. Formerly CEO of Publicis & Hal Riney and Publicis Modem in San Francisco, her background includes leading a regional network for TBWA Worldwide, as U.S. President of digital agency TEQUILA\, as well as Managing Director tenures at Omnicom's Direct Partners, and Draft Worldwide. Her extensive integrated marketing expertise led to roles on global agency teams for brands like Nissan, Infiniti, Sony and Pioneer, and her category experience spans automotive, CPG, health care, financial services, entertainment, pharma, beauty, and retail. She is a frequent speaker on content strategy, and the influence of technology on culture, media and consumer behavior.
