Jane Wakely is an EVP, the chief consumer and marketing officer, and the chief growth officer of international foods at PepsiCo, where she oversees the global consumer organization across the brand portfolio, which includes R&D, marketing, insights, design, and category strategy. She will also lead the international foods global group.
Previously, Ms. Wakely was the lead CMO at Mars, Inc., driving transformation of the consumer functions, and leading and launching the mandate for sustainable growth. She’s also operated in highly complex product categories, brands, and businesses across a variety of growth, turnaround, and transformation challenges. Ms. Wakely began her career at Procter & Gamble.
Ms. Wakely holds a B.S. with honors in business administration and is also qualified as a chartered accountant.
