Connie Weaver led a transformation at TIAA, a Fortune 100 financial services company that specializes in the needs of those who work in the academic, research, medical, and cultural fields. Serving five million individuals and 16,000 institutions, TIAA manages more than $865 billion in assets (as of 12/31/15).
As CMO, Ms. Weaver is responsible for the marketing strategy and brand transformation, placing simplicity, clarity, and engagement at the center of the customer experience. Her efforts culminated in not only a company re-introduction, but a completely reimagined website and the most comprehensive marketing campaign in the company's history.
Prior to TIAA, Ms. Weaver held senior leadership positions at McGraw-Hill, Microsoft, MCI, AT&T, BearingPoint, and The Hartford Financial Services.
