Under her guidance, the Retail Marketing team leads strategic creative concepting and merchandising for over 5300 AT&T locations. The AT&T Flagships set the standard for brand forward, product powered immersive retail experiences, offering innovative programs tailored to engage diverse audiences, including Millennials, Gen Z, LGBTQIA+ and Black communities.
Jeannie’s career began in AT&T’s call center, gaining firsthand customer insights. From there she rose to Executive Director, overseeing 500 employees nationwide, then on to being Senior Director at Clearwire, Assistant Vice President of Small & Medium Business, Head of Sponsorships and Grassroots Marketing for Cricket Wireless, and Assistant Vice President for Hello Lab and Win Local.
Her creative leadership has served her well, earning her recognition from The Clio Awards, The Shorty Awards, Streamy Awards, Shop! International, Cynopsis Digital Media, and Platinum AVA Digital Awards.
Along the way, Jeannie also collected invaluable experiences with new business development, start-up, P&L management, market and product launches, sales and service, entertainment content development, social media, advertising, and segment marketing. She represented AT&T, Clearwire, Aio Wireless, and Cricket Wireless as a TV, radio, and print ambassador, and acted as Executive Producer of LOVELOUD, Super Saturday Night with JLo, Super Saturday Night with the Foo Fighters, Hello Sunshine, and producer for several shows featured on AT&T’s video platforms and in social media.
However, Jeannie is most passionate about using her platform to help women, whether it’s navigating leadership or building families through adoption. She has held several board positions, including the Chicagoland Entrepreneurial Center, MAJOR.Hope Foundation, and Cradle Associates. As a result of her work with Women of AT&T, she is an honorary recipient of the Stevie Award.
Jeannie enjoys paddle boarding and taking cooking classes. She is currently in pursuit of the tastiest bruschetta on earth. She lives in sunny Redondo Beach with her 2 adopted children and dog, Special Agent Oso.
