What have I done? What haven't I? Currently, I manage digital marketing and channels, including email marketing, e-commerce, website content, design & development, social media, mobile apps... the list is never-ending! Management of these assets includes integration with other service providers, data analysis and management, and developing strategy for the organization. I also manage a team of content managers, marketing managers, and developers. We are assisted by a digital marketing agency; I manage that relationship as well. In addition to day-to-day operations, I am responsible for establishing and meeting $1+ million budget, creating and implementing project plans for emerging technologies and programs, and developing and evolving a 1-, 3-, and 5-year strategy for digital marketing, while ensuring approximately $7 million in sales annually.
