Crystal Worthem is the director of global audience marketing at Meta, where she leads a team that cultivates marketing solutions to drive growth among the world’s most influential brands.
Previously, Ms. Worthem was a leader at Ford Motor Company, including heading global brand experience and serving as the marketing director for Ford Middle East and Africa. She also led the global diversity and inclusion culture strategy and served as an HBCU recruiting lead for Florida A&M University.
