Kim Yates is the VP of new brand and business model development at Russell Stover, where she is leading the reinvention of the brand’s digital ecosystem, e-commerce presence, and retail business model.
Prior to joining Russell Stover, Ms. Yates served as the VP of marketing for Lee Jeans and grew her career through brand management at Procter & Gamble, where she served as the VP of marketing for the P&G luxury beauty business in New York City. Ms. Yates also previously held global and North America brand management positions for Pampers, Secret Deodorant, and Old Spice while working at P&G’s global headquarters in Cincinnati.
Ms. Yates holds an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and an undergraduate B.S.B.A. in marketing from the University of Missouri.
