Jessica Zall is the Global Head of Marketing Strategy and Planning at Refinitiv, formerly the Financial and Risk Business of Thomson Reuters. In this role, Jessica develops long-term, forward-looking strategies to achieve sustainable competitive advantages for Refinitiv’s complex product suite. She possess deep knowledge and market expertise in financial services and the customer persona. As a marketing strategist, Jessica works to establish a distinct point of view that demonstrates the full value of Refinitiv’s solutions to audiences across a wide range of communities, focusing relentlessly on profitable growth and driving insight led strategies and performance.
With over 19 years in financial services, Jessica has a customer first attitude with the goal of driving commercial revenue. She has worked in both sales and marketing at industry-leading trading and wealth, investment and risk management firms including Thomson Reuters, J.P. Morgan, BNP Paribas, Envestnet, Misys and Fidelity Investments. She has a strong track record of consistently optimizing brand awareness, developing broad market expansion strategies and driving commercial value. Jessica has keen interest in leveraging customer insights and intelligence to drive strategy.
Jessica holds and BA in Psychology and a Masters in Economics. She is on the steering committee for Women at Refinitiv and a member of Women in FX and the coveted Women’s Bond Club.
