Justina Zhang has been a leading advisor in China’s technology and media industries for over 15 years, representing many of the most prominent local and foreign companies on groundbreaking cross-border corporate, commercial, financing, compliance and IP projects. Justina is the sole People's Republic of China (PRC) member of the Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance (GALA), in which capacity she is a regulator speaker and author on China advertising law issues.
Justina also is a member of the Public Policy Council at the International Advertising Association (IAA), which is the world’s most influential network of marketing and marketing communications professionals. Justina was named one of the "Top 15 Female Lawyers in China" by Asian Legal Business (ALB) in 2018, and several of her recent projects have been named "Deal of the Year" by Asian Legal Business, China Business Law Journal, and China Law and Practice, among others.
