With a background in experience strategy, user research, and product management, Steph combines design thinking, human-centered design methodologies, and storytelling to rally client teams around a collective vision of the future while creating empathy within the organization and its customers. In addition, she leads creative teams in bringing the vision to life.
Steph's work has spanned several industries, including consumer products, health and beauty, financial services, legal and more. Prior to Merkle, Steph led teams at consultancies like Publicis Sapient and worked in-house at Fortune 50 companies.
