As a company committed to diversity, USAA has restructured its relationship with its agency, centralizing inside one holding company. This relationship is the focus of CMO Roger Adams’ presentation at the upcoming 2017 ANA Multicultural Marketing & Diversity Conference. Ahead of his presentation, Adams and co-presenter Renetta McCann, chief talent officer at Publicis Groupe’s Leo Burnett U.S., weigh in on the importance of diversity, the benefits of building a diverse organization for both agencies and clients, and how both USAA and Leo Burnett attract diverse talent.
