About the Panelists

Perry Drake is the Assistant Professor of Digital and Social Media Marketing in the College of Business Administration at the University Of Missouri – St. Louis. He is also the Academic Director of Programs in Business within the School of Professional and Continuing Studies. Perry currently is responsible for the creation and instruction of the digital and social media marketing courses and programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels in addition to noncredit curriculums and certifications. UMSL offers ten different types of digital and social media courses to the St Louis area.

He is the author of Optimal Database Marketing and is a regular speaker at industry functions and events, appearing in numerous trade publications and journals, most recently in Educause regarding the use of social media in the classroom.

Jeffrey Leonard leads digital marketing across Wells Fargo's private banking, brokerage and retirement businesses. Scope of responsibilities include extending awareness and reach through branded social media channels, improving site satisfaction and engagement, optimizing online lead generation, and supporting growth by digitally enabling over 18,000 financial advisors and wealth managers.

Marisa Lather is an online marketing specialist. Specializing in inbound and content marketing, she develops and executes online marketing strategies for B2B and B2C clients. As the Senior Campaign Manager for the Midwest Influencer Network focusing on building influencer’s organic content around specific campaigns and products. Marisa is active on several boards including the BMA, TEDxGatewayArch, and the Social Media Club of St. Charles.

Ben Zuckerman is a Local Thought Leader, Influencer and Super-Connector. Ben helps people achieve goals both personally and professionally. Ben serves as Director of TEDx Connect, President of The Business Networking Elite and as a Social Media Coach for his firm, Edward Jones. Ben leverages his background in social media search strategy to identify, engage, educate and develop audiences to further grow his Financial Practice. Recognition of Ben's achievements can be found in Bloomberg/BusinessWeek and UPTICK Magazine. 

Mich Hancock is a dynamic presence in the social media scene. She is a sought after speaker, presenting seminars and workshops for organizations and associations, including the Olin School of Business at Washington University. As the Executive Director of TEDxGatewayArch, she oversees the Marketing and Operations Teams of this innovative and thought provoking organization. Her company, 100th Monkey Media, specializes in creating, developing and managing a social media presence for her business clients.

Brianna Smith is the Integrated Marketing Manager at TeraRecon, the largest independent provider and a global leader in advanced image processing innovation and 3D visualization techniques for CT, MR and PET. She is in the process of earning her MBA and Digital Media Marketing Certificate from UMSL. In her free time she writes and runs the social media and digital marketing blog Being Your Brand.

Erin Moloney a marketing leader specializing in digital strategy, social media marketing, online advertising, and customer experience, is the Director of Digital Marketing and Social Media at Perficient, Inc. She also manages the firm’s industry-targeted marketing in healthcare, life sciences, financial services and consumer markets. Erin serves as president of the Social Media Club of Saint Louis, has taught a social media course for the MBA program at UMSL and is and frequently is a guest lecturer at Washington University.
