I. FIRESTARTER SESSION: INCENTIVIZING YOUR AGENCY (10:00 – 10:30 am)
One of the benefits of ANA Committees is the ability to share and learn from fellow marketers in a "closed door" environment and to leverage and share knowledge and insights with marketing peers. Often times, many marketers have similar challenges. In this discussion, we'll dive into how to incentivize your agency. Do you use performance-based compensation agreements? Bonuses? Come with your questions and what you've seen work and what doesn't!

II. GOOGLE: GETTING THE BEST WORK FROM YOUR AGENCY, GOOGLE, AND YOUTUBE (10:30 – 11:15 am)
Brand. Agency. Google. YouTube. How do they all work together in a way that is best for the brand? Google will share best practices and what is needed for brands to optimize their work utilizing their agencies, Google, and YouTube. The session will focus on how effective brand and agency collaboration leads to some of the most creative, compelling, and effective campaigns on YouTube.

III. COLGATE-PALMOLIVE: BUILDING AWARD-WINNING CREATIVE WITH YOUR AGENCY (11:30 – 12:15 pm)
Earlier this year, Colgate-Palmolive and Geometry won a silver REGGIE Award for their brand purpose work. In this session, learn how Colgate-Palmolive built a quality relationship with their agency, which led to award-winning work.

IV. AGENCY SEARCH GUIDELINES (1:00-1:30 pm)
One of the projects the ANA and the 4A’s produce together are guidelines for marketers on how to run
an effective agency search. It is time to update those guidelines and we’d love to get your feedback!

V. JSX: REBRANDING WITH YOUR AGENCY (1:30 – 2:30 pm)
JetSuiteX recently rebranded to JSX with the help of their agency, Eleven. In order to entrust a significant rebranding (and operations expansion), JSX had to have a positive working relationship with their agency. In this session, understand what it took for JSX to rebrand and how they built a positive and ongoing relationship with their agency.
