II. CISCO SYSTEMS PROCESS FOR AGENCY CONSOLIDATION (11:15 – 12:15PM)
In 2017 Cisco started to review their content & creative agency roster and implemented a process to consolidate that roster globally. In this session, Aarti Mittal, Senior Manager, Cisco will share what triggered the company's decision create a roster, how they went about it, and will share lessons learned along the way.

III. WHAT ARE THE BEST WAYS TO MOTIVATE AGENCIES IN AGENCY SEARCH (1:15 – 2:00PM)
In this session, Joanne Davis, President – Joanne Davis Consulting, Inc. will lead a panel discussion on the best ways to motivatie agencies in an agency search. In this discussion, panelists from agencies FIG, Publicis Media, and Huge will share best practices that they have encountered when working with clients and potential clients on an agency search.

Agency review and search can often be time consuming and difficult, involving many layers of management on both the brand and agency side. In this roundtable discussion we will discuss ways to potentially improve the agency review and search process. Come with your thoughts and feedback on how you have improved your process in the past or any strategies you believe would be beneficial to the process.
