After one full year, Priceless Surprises from MasterCard continues to spread joy and delight to unsuspecting cardholders in twenty-five countries. By simply using their MasterCard, cardholders are eligible for digital song downloads, instant seat upgrades at events, and meetings with world-class entertainers and athletes. MasterCard is pushing boundaries to connect consumers closer to their passions around music, sports, and shopping in ways they've never done before. In this session, Elaine Lawson, VP/Business Leader – U.S. Digital Marketing – MasterCard and Cheryll Smith, VP/Business Leader, US Commercial Marketing – MasterCard will share how we delivered on Priceless Surprises against the Small Business segment.

II. SAP LEANS ON TESTING AND PERSONALIZATION TO MAKE MEDIA GO FURTHER (11:00AM-12:00PM)
SAP developed a comprehensive testing and optimization program in 2011, called SAP Test Lab. Under its new name, SAP Innovation Lab, the program is driving incremental business value and uncovering numerous data-driven insights for a variety of SAP website properties and stakeholder groups in regions all over the world. In this session, Jake Sapirstein, Senior Director of Digital Marketing – SAP Innovation Lab, will discuss how SAP is leveraging testing and personalization to make media spend go further, by driving incremental engagement and business value.

III. JANOME AMERICA HAS A WINNING STRATEGY THAT ELEVEATES THEIR BRAND (1:00-2:00PM)

Janome America produces cutting edge sewing technology for the consumer, as well as the multifaceted market of big box retailers, ecommerce and independent dealers in the US.
