ANA Digital & Social Committee members will have an opportunity to network and discuss key issues/challenges/opportunities that were brought up in the Introduction/Firestarter session and that were also generated throughout the content sessions. We will have an open discussion and/or we will possibly break up into smaller groups to benchmark and network on issues related to topics such as influencer marketing, content marketing, programmatic, new technologies, data and analytics, and more!

I. GSK CONSUMER HEALTHCARE: EXCEDRIN DIGITAL CASE STUDY (10:00 -10:45AM)
GSK is a science-led global health care company with a special purpose: to help people do more, feel better, and live longer. In this session Marlon Romulus, Performance Marketing Manager at GSK Consumer Healthcare will share insights from GSK’s recent Excedrin campaign called “We See Your Pain”, which was recently announced as a Finalist for the 2020 PR Week Awards in the “Best in Data Insight” category.

II. DANONE: THE ART AND SCIENCE OF SOCIAL STRATEGY (11:00AM – 11:45AM)
Dedicated to bringing health through food to as many people as possible, Danone is a leading global food company built on four business lines: Essential Dairy and Plant-Based Products, Early Life Nutrition, Waters and Medical Nutrition.  In this session, Julie Kerkhof, Senior Director of Marketing at Danone North America will share the transformation of Danone’s social strategy for the company’s biggest yogurt brand that uses a mix of Marketing technology (Insights, Targeting, and Analytics), with Marketing Gut (fantastic Storytelling), to reach the right audiences in engaging ways.

IV. UBER V. PHUNWARE: A CASE STUDY INTO MOBILE ADVERTISING CLICK FRAUD AND WAYS TO IDENTIFY AND REDUCE IT (1:15 – 2:00PM)
Attorneys representing Uber will describe Uber's programmatic ad campaign, and Uber's decision to pursue litigation to recover millions lost due to click fraud. We will describe specific instances of fraud which were uncovered in the litigation process, and the legal approach Uber is using to recover for that fraud. We will also share tips and best practices for avoiding such fraud.
