NETWORKING BREAKFAST (9:00 – 9:45AM)
INTRODUCTIONS (9:45 – 10:00AM)

I. NESTLE: MENU PRICING CASE STUDY (10:00 – 10:45AM)
Procurement is always looking to make our scoping and negotiations process more efficient without sacrificing fair pricing and savings. Nestle's procurement journey started with deliverable- based benchmarks and is now evolving into menu pricing which will enhance budgeting predictability for their marketing clients, speed up negotiations, and still deliver a fair price and savings.

Speaker:
Olga Payne, Purchasing Manager – Nestle USA

II. MEDIA TRANSPARENCY UPDATE (10:45 – 11:15AM)
ANA recently issued its much-anticipated reports on media transparency. In June the "investigative" report from K2 Intelligence revealed that non-transparent business practices were found to be pervasive in a sample of the U.S. media ad-buying ecosystem. In July the follow-up report from ANA and Ebiquity/FirmDecisions offered recommendations to address transparency issues for advertisers and the industry overall. This session will provide a "cliff notes" summary of both reports, with an emphasis on suggested action steps for advertisers including an in-depth review of the new contract template.

Speaker:
Gregory Wright, Director - ANA

III. REVOLUTIONIZING THE ECONOMICS OF MARKETING SERVICES (11:15AM – 12:00PM)
Have you wondered how much of your marketing services dollar actually gets to the work? Or, how you can buy performance instead of labor? In this session, Robert LePlae and Corey Mitchell, both founding partners of Republic.global will share their methodology which disintermediates the marketing services cost structure. They will also share their expertise and knowledge on the new trends in agency (in-house and outsourced) measurement and compensation.

Speakers:
Robert LePlae, Founding Partner – Republic.global
Corey Mitchell, Founding Partner – Republic.global
