I. THE LATEST IN VALUE-BASED COMPENSATION AND AGENCY INCENTIVES (10:00-11:00AM)
Since Coca-Cola launched value-based compensation, it has been one of the most actively discussed and reviewed areas amongst ANA members, including how to manage, evaluate and set the KPIs. In this session, Greg Paull, Founder and Principal – R3, will discuss the pros and cons of value-based and incentive-based agency relationships, including specific cases from their work with Unilever, Samsung and AB InBev.

II. INTUIT: APPROACH & LEARNINGS FROM A TV MEDIA AUDIT

After recently undergoing a shift in media buying agency structure, Intuit assessed their enterprise TV media based on cost and quality to ensure they were getting the best value on their media. Intuit will share how they built the business case for the audit, the approach and results from the audit, and some of the surprising and not-so-surprising learnings and take-aways.

We'll explore and discuss the major trends and topics from the 2015 ANA Advertising Financial Management Conference with the conference's co-chairs. We will also explore which topics we should cover in more depth at future committee meetings and next year's conference.
