I. JOHNSON & JOHNSON: APPLYING CORPORATE DIVERSITY PRINCIPLES ACROSS BRAND PORTFOLIO (10:00-11:00AM)
Diversity is a central part of the culture across the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. It is key to their people's passion for improving the health and well-being of people the world over. In this session, Michele Morgan, Senior Brand Manager and Jen Cullen, Director of Marketing for US Pain OTC Johnson & Johnson will discuss how they are applying diversity principles across brands such as Tylenol and Motrin.

II. STATE FARM: COLORFULLY CONNECTING WITH AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMEN (11:15-12:15PM)
In this session, Cynthia Y. Davenport, Enterprise Marketing Analyst – State Farm will share how her company created the "Color Full Lives" campaign to reach and empower African-American women. The campaign was launched via national and local sponsorships as well as a series of podcasts discussing topics important to their lives, which include relationships, finances, entrepreneurship, education and health & wellness!

III. eSSENTIAL ACCESSIBILITY: BUILDING AN INCLUSIVE DIGITAL EXPERIENCE FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES (1:15-2:00PM)
More than 8 in 10 people with disabilities disregard a business provider because of barriers encountered. Poor web accessibility is one reason cited. If your website is not designed with accessibility in mind, the experience could be very frustrating for these customers. In fact, it is comparable to having a building without wheelchair ramps. In this session, Spiro Papathanasakis, Director - eSSENTIAL Accessibility will discuss how marketers and customer experience professionals can use web accessibility principles to build an inclusive digital experience.

IV. MEMBER ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION (2:00-2:30PM)
In this session, we will gather topic ideas for the 2017 conference. In addition, ANA Multicultural Marketing & Diversity Committee members will participate in an open discussion on a variety of topics affecting multicultural marketers. This is a great opportunity to learn from your peers at other companies.
