An increasing number of marketers are requesting that their agency teams become more diverse, to better reflect the ethnic and gender composition of the United States population. McDonald's is focused on ensuring that its marketing actions reflect its values. One area of focus, in partnership with their agencies, is ensuring that agency teams represent the communities in which McDonald's operates. This session will share the journey McDonald's is on in hopes of sparking ideas for others.

We'll spilt into two breakout groups. In this more intimate environment, we'll ask members to share actions they and their agencies are taking to enhance the diversity of agency teams. This is a great way to share what you are doing while learning from your peers at other companies.
