I. VERIZON: MOVING TO AN AGENCY HOLDING COMPANY MANAGEMENT MODEL (10:00 – 11:00AM)
In addition to launching an in-house agency recently, Verizon switched to agency management models to take full advantage of their offerings. In this session, Verizon will share the business decision around why they switching to an agency holding company management model, how they work with Verizon's in-house agency, and lessons learned.

II. BLOOMBERG: USING THE INTERNAL AGENCY MODEL TO ACHIEVE BUSINESS GOALS (11:15 – 12:00PM)

III. ENHANCING TRUST BETWEEN MARKETERS AND AGENCIES

There has been much recent discussion and debate about the level of trust in the advertising industry today. ANA recently fielded a survey to understand exactly where things stand and generate ideas to enhance trust. We'll share results and discuss ideas to help build trust between marketers and agencies.

IV. NEW APPROACHES TO LEADING AGENCY REVIEWS AND AGENCY MANAGEMENT (1:00 – 2:00PM)
TIAA wanted a smarter way to manage agency reviews and once in place, manage the agencies more effectively. Ivy Brown, Vice President of Marketing at TIAA, and Joanne Davis, president of Joanne Davis Consulting, will share their three year journey and their below the line agency review actions, scope, and compensation management, as well as a new and meaningful verifiable agency evaluation system.

V. ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION: INCENTIVIZING YOUR AGENCY (2:00 – 2:30PM)
There are many ways to incentivize your agency, including through compensation and other value adds. In this roundtable discussion we will discuss best practices to incentivize your agency. Come with your thoughts and feedback on how you have managed agencies in the past or any strategies you believe would be beneficial.
