I. FIRESTARTER SESSION: TRENDING TOPICS IN AGENCY RELATIONS (10:00 – 10:50AM)
One of the benefits of ANA Committees is the ability to share and learn from your fellow marketers in a "closed door" environment, leveraging knowledge and insights from peers that can be applied to your own business. Often times, marketers are faced with similar challenges. In this session, we'll discuss topics of interest and industry initiatives including those below, and any others you'd like to explore:

• Production Bid Management
• Agency Compensation and Incentives
• Management Tools & Technology

Facilitator:
Pamela Gross, Senior Manager – ANA

II. BID MANAGEMENT: ARE WE ASKING TOO MUCH OF OUR AGENCIES? (11:10AM – 12:00PM)
Agencies play an important multi-faceted role in the strategic development and creative execution of our communications plans. With that said, are we asking too much when we ask agencies to manage fiscal responsibility knowing full well that their primary objective is to deliver creative excellence, often in a compressed timeline? This session will specifically explore the production house bidding process and the benefits that a direct or third party approach can offer. And…implementing it is far less painful that you think!

Speakers:
Ben Haynes, Co-Founder/Partner - Haynes-Vozza
Michael Lorenzi,
Head of Marketing - Haynes-Vozza

LUNCH (12:00 – 1:00PM)

III. HOW TO HELP YOUR AGENCY PROTECT AGAINST INFLUENCER MARKETING INVESTMENT WASTE (1:00 – 1:50PM)
With influencer marketing continuing to experience double-digit brand spend growth in 2020, it's important to understand how your agency is protecting investments from fraud, waste, and inaccurate reporting. In this session, we'll discuss some of the important questions you should be asking your partners, and a few tangible steps you can take to avoid waste and improve campaign content performance.

IV. 4A’s/ANA UPDATE: THE BUSINESS CASE FOR RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (2:00 – 2:30PM)
In this session, we’ll provide an update on this joint project between the 4A’s and ANA to understand how client-side marketers are managing their agency relationships. We also invite your comments and insight on the value of a relationship management program and any specific guidance or best practices as we work toward the release of this initiative.
