IV. THE MERITS OF DEVELOPING AGENCY GUIDELINES FOR VIDEO PRODUCTION (12:00pm – 1:00pm ET)
Managing agency expectations can sometimes be half the battle, maybe even greater than that when clients factor in agency turnover, freelance producers, and the involvement of multiple agency partners. By establishing Agency Guidelines, clients can essentially create a rule book that underlines your expectations on each aspect of the production, from the initiation of the bid process through to billing. In this session, Haynes-Vozza will provide an overview of the benefits as well as a framework on how to put these guidelines together. After this session, Haynes-Vozza will conduct a member roundtable discussion to discuss any issues within production.

Speakers:
Ben Haynes, Co-Founder - Haynes-Vozza
Michael Lorenzi, Principal, Head of Marketing - Haynes-Vozza
Anthony Vozza, Principal, Head of Production - Haynes-Vozza
