Businesses thrive when communities connect. In Spring 2021, Spectrum Reach launched the Pay it Forward program, offering complimentary advertising and valuable marketing resources to many diverse businesses. After a successful first year, the program was brought back this past spring, where there was a significant growth in applications. Join to hear Amber Fogler-Tortora, VP Regional Field Marketing, Ad Sales at Spectrum Reach, speak about the tremendous impact the program has on the communities and the small businesses in the program.

Finding and building the next big thing can be difficult, but with collaboration those efforts become easier.  When Mondelēz  International launched SnackFutures it set out to disrupt snacking and connect the world of start ups with large corporates. In the past few years, SnackFutures has created new brands, build a venture practice and launched CoLab its start up engagement program. Join to hear Brigette Wolf, VP and Global Head of SnackFutures speak about how the organization has driven new thinking and approaches to innovation.

Amber Fogler-Tortora, VP Regional Field Marketing, Ad SalesSpectrum Reach
Amber has spent over 25 years in the world of television and digital advertising by supporting sales and marketing efforts through the use of creative solutions and research. In her current role, Amber leads a high-performing team of marketers that help local businesses achieve their advertising goals. The team specializes in driving and maintaining demand through media placement, lead generation, and events.  

Before joining Spectrum Reach, Amber spent the majority of her career at Young Broadcasting Inc. and the television rep firm Adam Young, Inc. While there, she helped run over twenty local network affiliates, and two of the largest independent television stations in the U.S. Amber’s experience while at Young ranged from supporting the day-to-day needs of sales to overseeing the programming and research departments at top-ranked network affiliates.

Amber enjoys working with and cultivating young talent and currently serves as a mentor in the Spectrum Reach Mentorship program. She is also a graduate of the Betsy Magness Fellowship Institute. 

A native New Yorker, Amber attended the United States Military Academy at West Point and received her Communications degree from SUNY New Paltz. She relocated to the Tampa-St. Pete area in 2019, where she lives with her wife Jennifer and daughter Riley. 

Brigette Wolf, Vice President - Global Head, SnackFutures
Brigette Wolf serves as Vice President, Global Head of SnackFutures, Mondelēz International’s innovation and venture hub which launched in 2018 as part of the global snack leader’s growth agenda.

SnackFutures focuses on building and growing well-being and premium brands through a model of Invent and Venture. In her role, Brigette is responsible for fueling the company’s innovation pipeline by creating and launching SnackFutures brands as well as identifying and solidifying strategic investment opportunities. Brigette also oversees the new start-up engagement program CoLab, which launched in 2021 to discover and collaborate with emerging entrepreneurs.

Brigette has been with Mondelēz International for seven years, and in that time served as the senior director of Global Platform Innovation for the Gum & Candy and Biscuits categories as well the senior brand manager for Global belVita innovation. Prior to this Brigette was with Kraft Foods for almost 10 years having served as the Global Innovation Manager for Oreo and the Brand Manager of several of the pizza and meal brands.

Prior to being part of the food industry, Brigette worked for Credit Suisse First Boston and Morgan Stanley in investment banking.

Brigette received her undergraduate degree from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and her M.B.A. from Northwestern Kellogg School of Management.
