At our last meeting, Stu Ingis introduced Privacy for America, the industry’s major effort to push for federal privacy legislation. What has happened since then? Stu will discuss how we’ve been working on developing legislative language and educating policymakers on our work.

Dan Jaffe will discuss ANA’s lawsuit against the Department of Health and Human Services regarding price disclosures in prescription drug ads, as well as developments in the mandatory ad disclosure cases in San Francisco and Berkeley.
