NETWORKING BREAKFAST (9:00 – 9:45am)
INTRODUCTIONS (9:45 – 10:00am)

I. ALLOWING CREATIVE TEAMS TO DO THEIR BEST WORK (10:00 – 10:45am)
There's a large demand for content that captures the attention of today's consumers. With that comes challenges for the Creators of that content. To do your best work requires time, but to make most deadlines requires resources. Sometimes Creators don't have either. Organizations will continue bringing skills inhouse to offset agency costs, but what is the impact on the internal team? From process improvement to bringing talent on board, you'll hear about our challenges and solutions that have played a role in our evolution.

Speaker:
Chris Ferguson, Director, Creative Services – Rust-Oleum Corporation

II. THREE REASONS DATA MATTERS IN ACCOUNT SERVICES
(11:00 – 11:45am)
This discussion will share the journey of articulating the value of account service through the lens of the methods and data available to tell the story. From a 1990s-era work order management tool to Workfront, and time journals to in-depth interviews, demonstrating the impact of account service for Boeing Creative Services continues to evolve.

Speaker:
Nicole Silva, Creative Account Manager, Global Brand Management – The Boeing Company

LUNCH & LEARN: SELECTING AND IMPLEMENTING A WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT TOOL
(11:45am – 1:00pm)

III. EMPOWERING OUR CREATIVE TEAMS (1:00 – 1:45pm)
Leading and managing creative individuals isn’t easy. We have groups of talented individuals who are passionate about their craft, coming together to move through uncertainty and produce new ideas. Unlike some other professions, our teams need to deliver a tangible work product. And our role as creative leaders isn’t to tell our teams how to do the work. It’s to set clear expectations and let our teams know why we’re doing the work. In this session, we’ll cover how to set clear expectations when the path is unknown, so our team members feel supported to bring their best ideas to find creative success.

Speaker:
Kelley Malone, Senior Manager, Brand Packaging – Kohl’s

IV. EXCITING TIMES AHEAD: HOW AR AND VR WILL REVOLUTIONIZE SHOPPING
(1:45 – 2:30pm)
AR and VR are set to revolutionize e-commerce and retail. As this technology becomes more open and standardized, companies need to understand the technology and begin to create experiences to gain a competitive edge. In this session, we’ll take a deep dive into the technology, platforms, virtual shopping, in-store experiences, and more. We'll also discuss how BISSELL is ramping up its capabilities to help support AR platforms and our retail partners.

Speaker:
Chad Ritsema, Content Development Manager – BISSELL
