I. 2022 SAG-AFTRA COMMERCIALS CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS: A LOOK AHEAD (2:05 - 2:30 PM)
Stacy Marcus, Partner, Reed Smith LLP and the JPC’s Chief Negotiator, will review the results of the yearlong joint study to overhaul the Commercials Contract, preview key bargaining issues and possible outcomes for the upcoming negotiations.

II. ONE COMPANY'S APPROACH TO PRIVACY (2:30 - 3:15 PM)
Legal Affairs Committee vice chair Luis Hernandez (Group Chief Privacy Officer, Unilever) will discuss how Unilever created its Privacy Vision, Strategy and Global Program, as well as the challenges and learnings when rolling it out to 190 countries. This session will provide a brief overview of privacy on a global basis, including the external environment from a regulatory and enforcement perspective.
