INTRODUCTIONS (9:45 – 10:00AM)

I. COCA-COLA: PRODUCING FOR PROGRAMMATIC / WHAT'S REALLY REQUIRED FOR DYNAMIC CONTENT DELIVERY (10:00 – 11:00AM)
Programmatic media buying and serving of dynamic video is already a reality, but with few exceptions the content delivered is still surprisingly basic. However, that is changing fast. Addressing the requirements of dynamic media will forever change standard production processes. In this session, Nick Felder, global head of film and music production for Coca-Cola, will discuss how to anticipate the extensive demands of dynamic story assembly, within modern film + video production processes.

Speaker:
Nick Felder, Global Group Director, Film and Music Production - The Coca-Cola Company

LUNCH (12:00 – 1:00PM)

III. THE RISING NEED FOR RIGHTS MANAGEMENT FOR ADVERTISERS (1:00 – 2:00PM)
As an advertiser and brand steward, you are more than likely concerned with promoting a positive brand image, not compromising brand equity—and definitely not putting a brand at risk with a lawsuit. As content proliferates and new channels emerge, there are increasing limitations on how you can use, where you can use and when you can use content. With greater complexity, less control and financial pressure how do you continue to deliver innovative quality work in an ever-changing business climate? In this session, Theresa Daigle, associate director, global marketing systems at Merck & Co. Inc., and Tarek Fadel, founder and CEO at FADEL, will present on the importance of talent and content rights management in the advertising space. The companies will discuss innovative ideas and best practice rights management strategies to help combat our shared industry challenges around compliance, production delays, unexpected costs, and a lack of transparency.

Speakers:
Theresa Daigle, Associate Director, Global Marketing Systems – Merck & Co. Inc.
Tarek Fadel, Founder and CEO – FADEL

IV. MEMBER ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION: OFF-SHORE PRODUCTION (2:00 – 2:30PM)
