We'll take a few minutes to update the Committee on evolving industry hot topics and ANA initiatives, including this list of Certified Diverse Suppliers for Marketing and Advertising developed in partnership with the Alliance for Inclusive and Multicultural Marketing (AIMM). I. SHUTTERSTOCK: THE FUTURE OF DIGITAL CREATIVE PRODUCTION (11:30AM – 12:10PM)
During COVID-19, consumers have embraced digital engagement, and advertising is following suit -- digital advertising is expected to increase to 51% of global spend this year according to a recent report by Zenith. Digital creatives are often leveraging stock to ensure originality in their digital campaigns as well as an opportunity to adapt and execute more quickly in alignment with shifting customer behavior. For example, brands are going beyond using stock content for background or panoramic shots and finding new ways to personalize it through customized brand shots and consistent models.

In this session, Flo Lau, Creative Director at Shutterstock, will discuss the ongoing digital production challenges and explore the innovative ways creators are leveraging stock imagery
and footage to reflect the authenticity of original content.

II. MASTERCARD: AUTOMATING PRODUCTION DATA COLLECTION & REPORTING VIA AI TECHNOLOGY (12:20 - 1:00PM)
Especially timely given remote working, Mastercard was able to leverage a new cloud-based platform with AI technology (Prodigy) to help centralize and automate decades-old legacy production business functions without forcing a disruptive change management process with its ad agencies.

In this session, Mastercard will share a case study of how Prodigy was implemented and demo the platform to show how aggregating global production data and analyzing for actionable strategic insights is helping to deliver on corporate marketing efficiency initiatives.
