However, research continually demonstrates that creativity is the most decisive factor in driving effectiveness. In this session, chief client officer Mat Mildenhall from eg+ Worldwide will share how a learning-based approach to DCO and programmatic production helps messaging and creativity have the biggest impact for the brand and business.

In 2018, Mastercard launched an in-house content studio. In this session, hear from editorial director Brooke Capps-Yaroni about why the company has brought storytelling control closer to home, what’s come out of it in the first 18 months of operation, and what Mastercard sees is on the horizon for company-led content creation.
