ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION (11:15AM-11:35AM)

I. Using Digital Tools to Solve In-Store Challenges (11:35AM – 12:15PM)
Despite a rise in pandemic-induced online shopping, a large majority of shopping is still done in-store. But with clean store policies, limited in-store signage, and a handful of other retail restrictions, brands are left with few options to engage and educate shoppers at-shelf, in the key decision making moment. We had to ask, what did Hello Bello want to achieve? How could we use digital tools to solve in-store challenges? Join our session to learn how we drove product discovery and education, increased in-store engagement and influenced incremental purchase behavior at our primary retailer, Walmart.

Speaker:
Sarah Steele, Director of Shopper Marketing, Hello Bello
Brad Godwin, RVP of Sales, Shopkick

II. 2021 & Beyond: Year in Review and What’s Next in Commerce?? (12:15PM – 12:55PM)
In this session, industry veteran Olga Yurovski will look at the changes in the commerce landscape and provide some thoughts on how to best incorporate these learnings into your organization to help sustain growth and continue to evolve your organization.  Included will be such topics as how changes in Retail Media landscape are forcing companies to re-orient their media funding, what is happening in Commerce Marketing discipline and how it's evolving to include e-commerce along with what structural, data and process challenges companies are dealing with and how they are addressing them through technology and digital enterprise transformation.
