The Digital & Social Committee is for members who lead digital, social, and/or mobile marketing and/or initiatives at their organizations. The 2020 State of Influence

In 2020, the ANA conducted a large survey of marketers on influencer marketing and asked the question, "What are the top challenges you experience with influencer marketing?" The number one response by far was measurement. This report covers the detailed findings and how the ANA is addressing the measurement barrier to growth.

The ANA has an Influencer Marketing Playbook for members, which offers 15 downloadable Word and Excel templates for influencer marketing planning, execution, and campaign measurement.

Influencer Marketing Guide

The ANA has created a comprehensive Influencer Marketing Guide that includes brand case studies from Olay and AT&T; influencer marketing stats and definitions; expert perspectives on issues including influencer fraud, disclosure, and selection; in-depth interviews with specialists; metrics for influencer compensation; standard engagement rates; and guidelines for campaign measurement and FTC compliance/disclosure.
