Gain almost a year of exposure with this multi-faceted partnership program of the ANA Multicultural Excellence Awards. Now in its 19th year, the Multicultural Excellence Awards recognize outstanding multicultural advertising campaigns produced by marketers and their agencies. The ANA is providing the opportunity for an Awards Partner to be “presenting sponsor” of an awards category:

African American – Asian – Hispanic – LGBT – People with Disabilities – Audio – Experiential – B2B – Digital & Social Media – Significant Results – Total Market

Awards Partners will be promoted starting May 1, 2019 on all call for entries promotions and the ANA website leading up to engagement during the judging process (August and September), culminating into the awards gala on November 6, followed by access to a special ANA Multicultural Committee meeting in December to showcase award winners. That’s activation for nine months!

Each Awards Partner will receive the following benefits:

  • Identification as an Awards Partner in all “call for entries” communications beginning on or about May 1, 2018
  • Logo or text inclusion on all awards outreach, call for entry application webpage, and electronic and print outreach to ANA’s 40,000+ unique names
  • Linkage with a specific awards category – e.g., ANA Multicultural Excellence Awards in the African American category presented by XYZ
  • Ability to provide two (2) delegates to judge the first two rounds of award submissions:
  • First round (virtual/online judging): 8/16-8/31, 2018. Judge the category you are supporting and, if desired, participate in judging other categories as well. Past judges have told us that exposure to the broad cross-section of award submissions can be a great learning experience and provides an in-depth understanding of successful multicultural campaigns.
  • Second round (in person at ANA offices): On or about 9/7, 2018. Here, you would judge the specific category that you are sponsoring
  • Ability to present the award to the grand prize winner in your selected category at the ANA Multicultural Excellence Awards dinner on Sunday evening, November 4, which includes a 1-2 minute welcome introduction to the award category being presented. This dinner takes place during the ANA Multicultural Marketing & Diversity Conference, November 4-6 at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach, Miami, FL
  • ANA will seat two (2) sponsor VIPs across category table(s) at the Multicultural Excellence Awards dinner
  • Two (2) full complimentary registrations to the Multicultural Marketing & Diversity Conference, plus additional registrations at the discounted member rate
  • One 6-foot skirted exhibition tabletop at the Multicultural Marketing & Diversity Conference for the event’s duration
  • The use of one (1) attendee badge scanner. The scanners capture barcode data only, and must be submitted back to ANA at the end of the conference. ANA will then send each exhibitor a spreadsheet containing the contact information for those individuals scanned
  • Ability to contribute studies, white papers, etc. to the ANA Marketing Knowledge Center (MKC).
  • Invitation for two (2) representatives to attend a late 4th Q 2018 ANA Multicultural Marketing & Diversity Committee meeting which will feature award winners and their respective case studies.

One partner per category on a first come-first-served basis.
