  • Are hotels sold out? Can I make a change to my room reservation? How can I cancel my room reservation?
    All hotel related info can be found here.
  • Can I receive an attendee list prior to the conference?
    Attendee lists are not provided ahead of the conference. You will receive a hard copy when you check in on-site, and it will also be made available through the ANA Events app once the conference has begun.
  • Will shuttle buses be available between the conference hotels?
    Complimentary shuttle buses will be provided between overflow hotels (Rosen Plaza and Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld) and Rosen Shingle Creek. The full schedule is as follows:
    • Wednesday 10/24
      • 12:00 p.m.–12:30 a.m.: Every 30 minutes (last shuttle leaves Rosen Shingle Creek at 12:30 a.m.)
    • Thursday 10/25
      • 6:45 a.m.–9:30 a.m.: Every 15 minutes
      • 9:30 a.m.–2:00 a.m.: Every 30 minutes (last shuttle leaves Rosen Shingle Creek at 2:00 a.m.)
    • Friday 10/26
      • 6:45 a.m.–9:30 a.m.: Every 15 minutes
      • 9:30 a.m.–11:30 p.m.: Every 30 minutes (last shuttle leaves Rosen Shingle Creek at 11:30 p.m.)
    • Saturday 10/27
      • 7:00 a.m.–12:00 noon: Every 30 minutes (last shuttle leaves Rosen Shingle Creek at 12:00 noon)
  • Can I rent equipment for the golf tournament?
    Yes, you will be able to rent equipment on-site. If you are signed up for the golf tournament, you will receive a detailed email a few days before the conference.
  • I have a dietary restriction that affects my conference meals. How can I notify the ANA?
    Please email registration@ana.net. Please note: If you have any additional special needs that affect your hotel stay, you must notify the hotel directly.
  • Will speaker presentations be available after the conference?
    Yes. Presentations that the ANA has received permission to share will be available to ANA members approximately one to two weeks after the conference.
  • Is there a conference dress code?
    No. However, business casual is recommended.
  • Can conference badges be re-printed if lost or misplaced? 
    No. Please be sure to have your badge with you at all times and for all days of the conference as you may not be permitted to participate in sessions and functions.
