Our Commitment to Safety

The ANA is committed to making the 2021 ANA Brand Masters: Inspirational Branding Conference a safe and valuable event for all attendees.

To that end, we are working with our host hotel, the Hilton San Diego Bayfront, to provide attendees with an environment that is clean and safe, and which maintains social distancing guidelines, including a separate area for registration and appropriately distanced seating and guest flow. Please review Hilton's commitment to cleanliness.

Please note that, at the conference:

  • We will follow all CDC guidelines (mask wearing, social distancing) and any specific state, local or hotel mandated guidelines.
  • We will not provide on-site COVID testing.
  • We will not ask for proof of vaccination or negative COVID tests.
  • We will not be performing on-site temperature checks.
  • We will encourage all attendees to self-screen before joining the event each day.

We will be seating all guests six feet apart. Adjustments will be made pending total registration and capacity.

All attendees will be required to wear masks during the event, unless actively eating or drinking. Food and beverages will be served during the meeting. Most events are planned to be buffet style with masked attendants and plexiglass barriers. We will have various seating options for meal times to cover all comfort levels, including areas set up outside and in the ballroom, as well as the option to take your meals "to go" back to your hotel room.

We'll provide masks and hand sanitizer, and have a room designated for you if you are not feeling well. However, we respectfully ask that if you are not feeling well on the day of the conference, that you consider attending virtually or follow up with a local health care provider.
