Antonio Humphreys is a strategic sourcing and marketing expert with professional experience in global sourcing and negotiations, marketing and advertising management, sales consulting, and business planning across multiple industry verticals and geographies (including NASA, Shell Oil, Hewlett-Packard, Gap Inc., and Adobe Systems). He is a native of Albuquerque, New Mexico and has lived in Houston, Texas and London, England. He currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area, and works in the 'Silicon Valley'. Antonio earned his Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of New Mexico and a Master of Business Administration at the University of Houston. His passions include travel, hiking, and teaching.

Tracy Avelar

Tracy Avelar oversees the marketing sourcing team at Charles Schwab in San Francisco. She and her team are responsible for strategic sourcing and relationship management of advertising agencies, media buying, production, public relations, events, marketing research and sponsorships. Ms. Avelar has developed strong relationships and engages regularly with senior marketing and finance leadership to drive value and mitigate risk for the firm. In her role with Schwab, she also worked to mature sourcing and procurement policies for the broader Corporate Vendor Management team. Tracy is a dynamic and results driven global sourcing leader with a long history of driving innovation and leadership in procurement and has been an active member of the ANA for the past nine years. Prior to joining Schwab, she previously held similar positions in procurement with Visa, BlackRock and Gap Inc. Tracy received her degree in mass communications and marketing from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

Katrina Bott

Katrina Bott is a Director of Global Strategic Sourcing within the Michael Kors Global Procurement organization, based in the greater New York City area. She is responsible for supporting the entire Marketing and Advertising portfolio including print, production, digital marketing and media. Katrina has 10+ years of Marketing procurement experience with success in sourcing a wide variety of categories to meet business objectives. Prior to joining Michael Kors 2 years ago, Katrina was a part of the Gap Inc. Strategic Sourcing team for 5+ years and held other Marketing sourcing roles at ANN INC. and L'Oreal. Katrina received her degree in Marketing from the Lerner School of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware. Terri Bowers

For nearly twenty years, Terri has held progressively responsible positions in Direct Procurement, Corporate Procurement, Global Strategic Sourcing, and Stakeholder and Agency Engagement, with 13 years focused on managing marketing categories and relationships. Terri graduated from the University of Maryland - European Division with a dual major in Business Administration and Social Psychology. She received her MBA from Webster University with an emphasis in Procurement and Acquisitions. Terri joined Microsoft in 2005 where she currently delivers global thought leadership, strategic sourcing expertise, break-through technologies and organizational communications. Mary Ann Brennan

Mary Ann Brennan is a Senior Marketing and Operations Professional with nearly 23 years of proven strategic marketing and operations leadership. Most recently, she has led the charge in driving more than $60MM in global cost leadership initiatives within the CPG industry focusing on cost discipline and business innovation efficiencies that have contributed to gross and net profit margin growth and ultimately increased shareholder value. Christopher DeMarco

Christopher DeMarco is a Senior Industry Manager A&M with PepsiCo responsible for optimizing agency engagements across the beverage portfolio. Chris has been with PepsiCo for 19 years and spent his first 9 years in Marketing managing work across Equipment Innovation, Foodservice Customer Marketing and National Promotions. Prior to PepsiCo Chris worked at Duracell oversighting merchandising design development, sourcing and inventory supply management. His efforts in the merchandising space earned him POP Hall of Fame honors in 2002. Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Villanova University and an MBA from Fordham University. He currently lives in Connecticut with his wife Denise and 3 children.

He has held previous positions as the digital media category lead at Mars Chocolate and the NA media category lead at Johnson & Johnson. Sean started his career in at various US media agencies and has over 20 years of experience in strategic media planning and placement. He holds bachelor degrees from New York University in Marketing and Finance, and an MBA from Fordham University.

Karen Lechner

Karen is a highly accomplished Fortune 100 global marketing procurement strategist. Karen has worked with multi-national clients to conduct detailed reviews of their go to market strategy that includes traditional media/social media initiatives, product branding, media contract/media performance audits, and marketing penetration strategies---just to name a few. Kelly Mathis is a strategic sourcing professional with experience in leading category strategies, driving negotiations & contracting, and managing strategic partner relationships in marketing. Originally from Portland, OR, Kelly started with Intuit in 2005 out of their San Diego office and has been responsible for agency and offline media, email, social, affiliate, as well as other marketing disciplines. She now leads Intuit's Sourcing Center of Excellence team, primarily focused on building the business analytics, processes, and tools that empower category leadership for her Sourcing peers. She started her career in supply chain more than 15 years ago at Intel Corporation and joined Genentech in April 2013. She has spent the majority of her career working with advertising and marketing teams helping manage their agency partners. Prior to Genentech, Angela spent close to 6 years at Apple Inc. as a Global Advertising and Media Sourcing Manager. Throughout her professional career, she has had the opportunity to negotiate global projects in more than 120 countries, across all marketing and advertising procurement categories. She has been successful in collaborating globally and cross-functionally with businesses and agencies to find creative and sustainable solutions to business challenges. Angela graduated from University of San Francisco with a BS in Finance and currently resides in San Francisco, California.

While at Aventis, prior to their merger with Sanofi, Rich was Senior Manager in Marketing Operations and Head of Advertising Operations. Prior to joining Aventis, Rich was Senior Manager, Marketing Operations at Parke-Davis, a division of Warner Lambert and before Parke-Davis, the Director of Advertising Promotion Production at Conde Nast Publications. Rich has also worked in advertising agencies. His last agency position was at Hal Riney and Partners as VP, Director Creative and Production Services. He has been a member of the ANA Advertising Financial Management and Agency Relations Committees and has co-led the last two Pharma Forums. Rich is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickenson University in Teaneck, NJ where he earned a BS in Marketing and Advertising.

In addition, she manages continuous improvement and margin expansion projects delivering savings and process efficiencies. Prior to Hershey, she managed all facets of marketing and operations finance for Church’s Chicken including finance, accounting and procurement for the Marketing Funds and financial planning and analysis for the corporation. She started her career at Burger King Corporation and worked in a wide variety of financial roles including the areas of corporate, operations and marketing finance. At Burger King Corporation, she created and established the marketing procurement function and greatly expanded the marketing finance function to encompass global roles and responsibilities. She is the current chair of the Advertising and Financial Management Committee of the Association of National Advertisers (ANA). In addition, she has served as a prior host of the ANA’s Financial Management Conference and has sat on a variety of conference panels over the years. She is also a member of the Agency Relations Committee and the Production Management Committee. She has a MBA from the University of Miami and a BS from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Sal, graduated from Baruch College with a BBA in Business Management, received his MBA in Marketing Management from Wagner College and completed a mini MBA program in Digital Marketing at Rutgers. Sal is former President of Institute of Supply Management, a CPM with lifetime certification and recipient of the prestigious J.H. Leonard Award, (Procurement Professional of the year). Sal is involved in industry leadership with active participation in the ANA, (Association of National Advertisers) and ISM, (Institute of Supply Management).
