Our Exhibitor Packages
Exhibitors achieve presence at ANA national industry conferences with a dedicated tabletop exhibit located outside the general session room.
Exhibitor packages include:
One six-foot skirted tabletop located typically outside the general session room, for the duration of the conference. Exhibitors may use their own display, but it should not exceed a six-by-eight-foot footprint.
One complimentary registration. Additional passes may be purchased at the discounted ANA member rate.
Interaction with attendees before/after breakfast or lunch and scheduled networking coffee breaks.
One badge scanner to capture attendee contact information.
Ability to distribute materials, collateral, or other promotional items from the tabletop display.
Option to provide additional signage or displays, but should not exceed the six-by-eight-foot footprint.
