Brands and companies must offer tools that allow employees to continue on a path toward growth and have clear values and a vision that goes above and beyond driving business performance and delivers meaningful and measurable societal benefit.

The ANA’s Response

Through the ANA Center for Brand Purpose and the Talent Forward Alliance, a cross-industry initiative committed to inspiring and accelerating the development of exceptional talent across all levels to prepare for marketing and advertising's future, among other initiatives, the ANA is accelerating professional development and helping brands across the industry attract top marketing talent by aligning with their priorities.

Committees

Bringing marketers together to learn from each other and debate new approaches and solutions to industry hurdles.

A benefit of ANA membership, committee meetings feature a mix of member case studies, perspective from outside experts, and benchmarking/best-practice sharing that drive thought leadership on key industry issues. Each ANA committee meets three to four times per year and can be attended in person or remotely. Depending on the committee, 10 to 30 participants may attend — big enough for diversity of opinion, yet small enough for more intimate exchanges.
