Steven Wales is the Chief Revenue Officer for Decideware. Steven holds a bachelors degree in Media Communications from East Stroudsburg University. 

For over 10 years Steven was the President and Owner of Transfigure, Inc., a software-consulting firm specializing in client relationship management and business process consulting.  While at Transfigure, Steven helped companies adopt technology in order to improve their internal business, sales and marketing processes.   

Steven honed his marketing agency management skills at Mars Chocolate, LLC., overseeing their creative, digital and production agencies in North America.  This experience provided valuable insights from a client-side perspective on managing agencies for optimal performance and success.   

Today, Steven works with many of the top advertisers in the world; to help them more efficiently manage their agency relationships and overall agency spend.  In addition, Steven is asked to speak at industry events around the world for the ANA, WFA, ISM, ISBS and ProcureCon.
