Marketing Systems Administrator

Job Summary

The Marketing systems administrator will maintain and promote Aflac’s marketing systems. This role will liaison technical system maintenance with IT, lead processes and communications, manage and maintain system content. Provide training and user support for all marketing systems.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
• Participates in medium to high-complexity projects providing daily operational support and maintenance of marketing systems.
• Project manage marketing technology initiatives and on-boarding, including identifying business requirements and needs with stakeholders for Digital Asset Management (DAM) and marketing automation (including email) systems.
• Responsible for DAM system - curating, organizing, documenting, cataloging and managing all digital assets.
• Creates and enforces efficient file naming and storage standards.
• Acts administrator for digital asset management tools and collaborates with employees to ensure proper use, access and permissions are controlled.
• Serves as liaison between business units, supporting transitions into the DAM system.
• Responsible for the promotion and engagement of end users; communicates new content and features, to include training strategy and facilitation.
• Audits all visual assets throughout the various digital channels.
• Sets service level expectations and communicate to stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Proactively manages digital content for the most current, up-to-date assets; update and maintain correct metadata.
• Maintain and deploy web visual content or identify areas of improvement for photography content.
• Ensures the system’s compliance with the organization’s requirements through the implementation of, auditing of, and adherence to policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Ensures data integrity by evaluating and managing the appropriate software/hardware solutions.
• Participates in the development of disaster recovery plans, and develops the appropriate test plans.
• Manage global instance of Aflac’s marketing automation platform (Aflac Sales Marketplace), at the admin level; author and contribute marketing technology documentation and processes.
• Play an integral part in evaluating marketing technology and implementation; daily management and upkeep of Aflac Sales Marketplace at the operations level, including list process and workflow management.
