The  ANA (Association of National Advertisers) mission is to drive growth for marketing professionals, for brands and businesses, and for the industry. The Marketing Training & Development Center is a division within the ANA that delivers marketing training to primarily ANA Members, as well as nonmembers. The Marketing Training & Development Center combines the experience of real-world marketers with proprietary industry insights to provide engaging learning that improves marketing efficiency, effectiveness, and ROI. As the Administrator of the open enrollment training on behalf of the ANA Marketing Training & Development Center, your primary role will be to manage and execute ANA’s 72+ high-quality open enrollment regional training workshops across the country.

Responsibilities

The Training Program Manager responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the entire open enrollment regional training program, from planning through execution, which delivers workshops for ANA members and nonmembers across the country.
  • Ensuring a white-glove experience for members before, during, and after the regional training workshops 
  • Managing seamless execution of workshops on-site including the registration process, member/nonmember communication, printing/packaging/shipping materials, A/V, room set-up requirements, venue directions/parking/security needs, catering, surveys, etc.
  • Managing venue/host relationships by identifying and securing scheduling at venues and host members throughout the year Attending/managing regional workshops across the country to manage execution – the ability to travel approximately 30 percent of the time. 
  • Collaborating and developing relationships with instructors for scheduling availability and workshop content, and providing all pertinent workshop information before, during and after the workshop.
  • Ensuring accurate financial/metric management through the execution of invoicing, tracking, and follow-up, and collecting/managing ongoing metrics for the regional training program. 
  • Providing regional training program marketing support through weekly emails, website management, and distribution of regional training collateral at other ANA events
Qualifications

Candidates for this position must have the following qualifications:

  •  Ability to work independently and proactively
  •  Excellent interpersonal skills; well-spoken and articulate
  •  Strong customer service skills
  •  Excellent presentation skills
  •  Effective phone presence
  •  Proven writing ability
  •  Teamwork attitude
  •  Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  •  Bachelor’s degree preferred
  •  Background and /or interest in marketing and training a plus
