The Marketing Training & Development Center is a division within the ANA that delivers marketing training to ANA Members. The Marketing Training & Development Center combines the experience of real world marketers with proprietary industry insights to provide engaging learning that improves marketing efficiency, effectiveness, and ROI.

ANA School of Marketing is looking for a detail-oriented training coordinator to join our successful team.  The individual must be organize and able to handle multiple workshop execution tasks accurately and on time. This individual must have initiative and a proven work ethic; strong written and oral skills along with the ability to prioritize and efficiently manage their time.   Research skills are a plus.  In addition, the ideal candidate will also share our team values: exceptional customer service, commitment to quality, desire to achieve, supportive collaboration, humor, and making work fun.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist as required with lead generation and outreach to members
  • Manage various aspects of workshop execution working under tight deadlines:
    • Generation of workshop registration links
    • Handle the organization and shipment of workshop materials
    • Data input of workshop surveys
    • Manage all aspects of invoicing including accounts receivable
  • Handle multiple data inputs using MS Excel with accuracy and timeliness
  • Assist in monthly reporting as required
  • Monitor calls as required
  • Customer or marketplace research as assigned
  • Some travel; up to three workshops quarterly to monitor ANA’s open enrollment workshops .
  • Relevant Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
    • Marketing knowledge and/or familiarity with training management a plus but not required
  • Some experience as a coordinator or comparable position in a service oriented environment with experience in preparing meeting materials, coordinating schedules, formatting data in Excel, and creating reports.
  • Communication—the individual must possess superb writing and verbal skills with an outgoing, service-oriented attitude
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications with aptitude learning data and/or CMS systems.
