Job description

The Digital Marketing Manager plays an integral role in monitoring, maintaining, and publishing online content for all Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate (BHGRE) web properties. She/he works closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure BHGRE displays content consistently, effectively, and in accordance with company goals and deadlines. In addition, the Manager works closely with BHGRE affiliates to communicate the value of Interactive Marketing programs, increase program participation rates, and serve as a primary point of contact to answer questions and resolve issues for assigned Interactive Marketing programs. Finally, the Manager assists with daily operations of all Interactive Marketing Initiatives, including SEO, Paid Advertising, Email, Social, and analytics.
 


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage creation and publishing of all digital media assets in coordination with internal teams, affiliates, and vendors/agencies on BHGRE consumer, broker/agent, and internal web properties
  • Initiates and implements website, digital, and email design improvements in coordination with Brand Marketing Team to ensure compliance with brand standards
  • Assists with new feature suggestions, implementation, and testing for BHGRE web properties
  • Manages processes for gathering, communicating, and implementing feedback from internal stakeholders, affiliates, and customers to improve current web properties and inform roadmap of digital products
  • Responsible for communicating technology performance, incidents, outages, and releases to internal and external teams
  • Communicates all B2B and B2C digital product enhancements to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintains web traffic and campaign performance dashboards and reporting
  • Responsible for communicating the value of assigned digital marketing programs to affiliates and ensuring high participation rates. Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned digital marketing programs, including the LocalAct Citations and Analytics Platform.
  • Assists with lead and traffic generation programs across all digital channels including SEO, SEM, email, affiliate, social, video and display advertising.
  • Assists with digital product roadmaps and story writing.
  • Other duties as assigned.
 





 
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related fields.
  • Minimum four years of experience with SEM, SEO, display and online marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or other web analytics tools.
  • Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Excel, PowerPoint, Google AdWords, YouTube, WordPress or Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to be proactive and handle multiple projects.
