Lead Sourcing Specialist (Multiple Categories Available)

The Lead Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying, recommending, leading, managing, documenting, communicating, and conducting strategic sourcing. Provides vendor evaluation and selection, request for proposals, and vendor negotiation projects for a variety of technical and non-technical products and services. We currently have openings in the following areas:

Marketing : This position requires knowledge of the marketing ecosystem including creative, programmatic, paid media, etc. OR a strong understanding of Marketing Technology (MarTech), with experience negotiating various components of an enterprise Marketing Technology Stack components. Also requires the ability to work within segmented groups and execute sourcing activities with multiple stakeholders. Experience negotiating with vendors such as Salesforce, Oracle, Adobe, etc., a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides consulting to internal customers and business partners.
  • Performs and utilizes vendor, market, spend, and other research to analyze and identify sourcing, negotiation, and other projects.
  • Contributes to the continual development of the strategic sourcing function.
Skills:
Minimum Qualifications:
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Liberal Arts, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in Sourcing, or related field
  • In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in Sourcing, or related field
  • Lean, Six Sigma

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Business, Liberal Arts, or related field
