As a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager, you will play an integral role in building relationships with consumers across all channels. You will develop comprehensive customer relationship management (CRM), email, and short message service (SMS) strategies to grow engagement and sales across Gallo’s portfolios. In this data-driven role, you will translate CRM data across multiple channels and will develop segmentation to effectively market our brands. As a team leader, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor while building best in class strategy and implementation.

What You Will Do
  • Shares best practices and insights for CRM, email and SMS in order to advance the organization’s digital platform.
  • Oversees comprehensive enterprise CRM strategies to leverage first party data to grow engagement and sales across teams.
  • Establishes and grows customer relationships while finding new ways to grow customer base.
  • Develops and executes an integrated customer strategy across all digital channels, developing digital loyalty programs, and ensuring consistency in digital customer contact points.
  • Uses customer data analytics (e.g., personalization and product recommendation systems), and develops segmentation model to enable effective marketing across all digital channels.
  • Defines and explores digital platforms (websites, mobile/social applications, etc.) the organization should utilize to grow customer relationships.
  • Determines CRM architecture by helping to identify database fields and master records.
  • Develops enterprise learning agenda for CRM, email and SMS.
  • Owns CRM budget and relationship with email agency and monitors and evaluates performance results.
  • Manages team to ensure continual improvement of KPI’s and flawless execution.
  • Develops technology roadmap and requirements for CRM, email and SMS.
  • Helps define KPI’s and ensures they are optimized across brands. Monitors success measurement.
  • Develops, coaches, and mentors team of 5.
What You Will Need
  • Bachelor’s degree plus 6 years sales, marketing, advertising, public relations or account management experience to include at least 3 years of CRM and email experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.

  • Master’s degree.
  • Supervisory or managerial experience.
  • Experience managing external relationships with partners and vendors.
  • Impassioned in driving digital strategic thinking, marketing, and business growth.
  • Experience creating and optimizing CRM strategy.
  • Ability to influence and work with levels of management.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales and Marketing Clouds.
