As a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist, you will develop and oversee comprehensive enterprise CRM, email and SMS strategies to leverage first party data to grow engagement and sales across brands and channels. You will plan and manage the email, SMS, and CRM program development, approval and deployment process to help drive customer engagement, retention and sales. This is a great opportunity to develop consumer relationship strategies and increase consumer lifetime value across channels.

What You Will Do
  • Shares and leverages best practices and insights for CRM, email and SMS.
  • Develops comprehensive CRM strategies to leverage first party data to grow engagement and sales across brands and channels.
  • Establishes and grows consumer relationships and lifetime value across all channels. Finds new ways to grow consumer base and build consumer loyalty.
  • Develops, manages, and enhances consumer email by managing creative, subject lines, and testing as well as adding additional programs. A/B testing of emails and subject lines.
  • Conducts competitive analysis and provides recommendations based on learnings.
  • Manages, grows, and maintains health of databases.
  • Develops and executes email/SMS strategy, learning agenda and calendar.
  • Constantly tests new tactics to improve KPI’s. Monitors and reports on success measurement.
  • Partners with agency or internal resources to recommend and request content for email/SMS.
  • Manages resources (internal and external) to ensure timely and accurate email/SMS sends.
  • Maps out robust consumer journeys across channels.
  • Determines ways to leverage first party and other data sources to create personalized and highly relevant real time experiences for each consumer across channels.
What You Will Need
  • Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of sales, marketing, advertising, public relations or account management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; -OR- Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of Gallo sales, marketing, advertising, public relations or account management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • 1 year of CRM and email experience.
  • Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.
What Will Set You Apart
  • Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of sales, marketing, advertising, public relations or account management experience; -OR- Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of Gallo sales, marketing, advertising, public relations or account management experience.
  • 3 years of CRM and email experience.
  • Ability to influence and work with all levels of management.
  • Experience defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
  • Experience completing assignments that are broad in nature, usually requiring originality and ingenuity.
  • Experience effectively presenting information to top management and customers.
  • Experience creating and optimizing CRM and email strategy.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales and Marketing Clouds.
