Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Experience Kissimmee is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager.  This position will ensure a seamless user experience exists on Experience Kissimmee’s web platform in support of all paid, owned, and earned media campaigns and initiatives. This includes participating in the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of key tactics such as landing pages, customer data profile and segment sharing, and A/B testing. The Digital Marketing Manager will also analyze and provide insights and recommendations regarding channel performance and opportunities.

1.Partner with internal and external teams on all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.

2.Manage platforms and projects once approved by the Vice President.

3.Assist Vice President with digital marketing plan development and implementation 4.Work with vendors and agencies for digital marketing platforms, licenses, fees, and projects.

5.Generate reports on digital marketing performance.

6.Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

7.Identify trends and insights and recommend spend and performance optimizations based on the insights.

8.Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

9.Provide insights to optimize website and social media channels for SEO as well as usability.

10.Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, satisfy the customer journey, and optimize user experience.

11.Partner with advertising and media specialists to improve marketing results.

12.Work with all available resources for updates to campaign specific websites, microsites or any secondary sites in relation to interactive programs.

13.Lead efforts that maximize digital marketing ROI through acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and advocacy across digital channels.

14.In conjunction with Vice President, set strategic initiatives for cross-device web presence, website(s), content marketing, SEO, social media, paid search, native app development, email, online advertising, and other digital channels and media.

15.Support other marketing teams with consultation in online advertising strategy and measurement, including direct display buys, programmatic media, native advertising, video, and other tactics.

16.Guide art and copywriting teams as part of integrated marketing efforts.

17.Develop, evaluate, and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures, experiments, and other conversion optimization tactics.

18.Communicate as needed with internal and external stakeholders (including the CEO, executive team, Board of Directors, and industry partners) about digital marketing goals and results.

19.Evaluate emerging technologies and provide POVs on adoption and opportunities.


Required Education and Experience:

•Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications-related fields and at least three years of experience in digital marketing or online communications.

•Ability to understand, interpret, and analyze digital marketing and online communications metrics – including website, email, social media, SEM, SEO, display advertising, etc. Knowledge of digital marketing terminology and concepts.

•Experience with A/B testing and Google Analytics.

•Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, preferred.

•Strong Office 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) skills.

•Solid time management skills.

•Excellent oral and written communication skills.

•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Strong customer service skills.

•Ability to work with and support a diverse range of users with digital marketing literacy skills ranging from the novice to the expert.

•Strong documentation skills with a focus on the details.

•Adaptable to changing priorities, tasks, and work schedules to meet customer services standards.
